Brian Smythe MBE Nomination

Kirkoswald Parish Council is highly appreciative of the work that Brian Smythe has carried out on behalf of residents of the parish over the past few years in order to bring high speed broadband to the parish.  He has worked with B4RN (Broadband for the Rural North) to overcome barriers of geography in terms of both the remoteness of the parish and the widespread nature of the parish.

The Parish Council are therefore supporting a nomination for Brian to be recognised with an MBE in the New Year’s Honours list.
